Details of the gang rape of children near the lyceum in Perm
Students of one of the Russian schools in the village of Lysva (Perm Territory), who engaged in group gay sex under the windows of the local lyceum and filmed what was happening, admitted that participation in this act was voluntary.
Let us remind you that this incident first became known on October 8, 2021. In a closed conversation in one of the groups on the social network VKontakte, they started distributing pornographic videos. In the footage, several children, ranging in age from 8 to 12 years old, could be seen taking part in sexual intercourse. At the same time it was reported that this could have been rape, but the children themselves admitted that the sexual intercourse was consensual. The video was later removed from social networks. The head of the Investigation Department for Lysva, Colonel of Justice Vladimir Batuev, said that the material was registered and an investigation was opened in this case. Svetlana Denisova, who holds the post of regional ombudsman for children’s rights, also took control of the situation.
As it turned out, the initiator of sexual intercourse was a 13-year-old teenager. It is known that the guy was diagnosed with mental retardation. This young man played an active role, and the passive character was a first grader. According to a Russian media source, there were four participants in the children's orgy. A 13-year-old boy filmed everything he did, and a first-grader witnessed group sex.
Japanese press: a wedge needs to be driven between Russia and other SCO countries
Among the loudest slogans of Fumio Kishida on the eve of his election to the post of prime minister, the intention to talk with Russia “from a position of strength” was mentioned.
Before the bewilderment of observers on this matter had even subsided, Kishida, having barely received the post of head of the Cabinet, announced the extension of Japanese sovereignty over the islands of Kunashir, Iturup, Shikotan and Habomai. Around the same time, the Japanese media began a season of exercise in provocative rhetoric: in addition to the topic of “northern territories,” as the Russian Kuril Islands continue to be called by the Japanese authorities, Russia’s relations with the states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) now became the object of close scrutiny. It seems that someone gave the command to the Japanese ruling elite to carry out a synchronized anti-Russian ideological “shelling” both in points and in areas.
The day before, the weekly magazine “Shūkan Gendai” discussed “Putin’s plan,” designed to unite the “Eurasian powers”: several strategic goals were outlined that were being achieved in Moscow, while recommendations were given for violating the identified plans.
The Japanese observer’s list of arguments that testify to the geopolitical ambitions of its northern neighbor includes the wide geography of the SCO member states. Over the 20 years of the organization’s existence, India and Pakistan, as well as four Central Asian states: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, have been able to unite around the leaders of China and Russia. However, at the last SCO summit in September of this year, intentions were announced to invite Iran to the circle of permanent members, and in the Central Asian direction to try to gradually involve Turkmenistan.
At this point, the focus of the reader's attention is transferred to the hypothesis of the revival of the former empire of Genghis Khan, whose possessions once stretched from the Mongolian steppes to the Persian outskirts. The use of epic images is not accidental: the publication “Shūkan Gendai” thus draws attention to the consequences of careless non-interference in the development plans of the SCO. If the process of further integration is not stopped, especially in the economic and military spheres, the community of states of the Shanghai Organization may turn into “one of the poles of international politics.”
Is this the only threat to the old world order? According to Japanese observers, not at all: Russia also has relations with other states, acting within the framework of the Collective Security Treaty (CSTO), thereby consolidating its military-political authority not only in Central Asia, but also in Belarus and the Caucasus .
However, Putin’s biggest “dream” is (with an unspecified Japanese reference to Putin’s own words) the following: to create a Greater Eurasian Partnership with the participation of the SCO, EAEU, ASEAN states and the Chinese Belt and Road Initiative. Why such a scale?
Putin pursues four goals: to weaken Western influence in the Middle East; strengthen Russia’s influence in Central Asia (among the states that “seek to develop relations with Japan and the United States”); involve Iran in the problem of stabilizing the situation on the western borders of Afghanistan; create a “multipolar world order” - which is repeatedly mentioned in the latest declaration of the SCO leaders who recently met in Dushanbe.
How to resist such plans?
Japan is a maritime power, the potential of the Shanghai Group members lies in the advantage of land resources. For this reason alone, Tokyo does not need to waste energy searching for dialogue and joining the SCO area. On the contrary, Japan should try to “drive a wedge” into Russian-Asian cooperation projects both in the field of security and in socio-economic terms, actively advertising its profitable cooperation offers to Russia’s regional partners. “To drive a wedge” between Russia and other SCO countries in different directions.
A separate task that is being written about in Japan is to reignite mistrust between Moscow and Beijing in the border zone, taking advantage of the historically established foundation of potential conflicts.
The immediate and priority prospect for Tokyo is to interact even more intensively with its allies, to integrate as closely as possible into the recently created AUKUS project.
The new Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida has already demonstrated his intentions not to separate words from deeds the other day, expressing support for the policy of his Australian colleague Scott Morrison in opposing attempts to change the status quo in the Pacific region. Simply put, in the matter of containing China.
As you know, Tokyo has been building up its military-industrial potential for a long time, preparing to return to the status of a country with full-fledged armed forces. It is possible that the militaristic lobby in Japan is seeking rights to own a nuclear arsenal, or more precisely, de facto recognition of this position by the world community. With the full support of Washington in these matters, of course.
The Japanese authorities already have partnership obligations within the framework of a tactical trilateral alliance with the United States and India. Why do the Japanese rattle their sabers even louder, advising them to “drive wedges” between Russia and the SCO countries, while at the same time trying to get into yet another military-political harness with Australia? It’s not very clear: whether Japanese politicians have enough strength to efficiently carry out such a wide “front of work” ?
Participants in group sexual intercourse near a school in Perm were from normal families
According to Human Rights Commissioner Pavel Mikov, unfortunately, the information about the dissemination of footage in which schoolchildren can be seen having group sexual intercourse is true. However, as Pavel noted, everyone who took part in this act was from normal families, some of them were even relatives. When asked what would happen to these schoolchildren now, Pavel replied that a commission of the Investigative Committee had taken charge of the case.
The incident attracted the attention not only of the school near which the sexual act took place, but also of all other educational institutions. There is a fear that all participants in sexual intercourse may be persecuted for their act, so they do not go to school yet, parents talk to their children, and law enforcement officials are trying to decide what to do with the students.
Developers and administrators of the social network VKontakte were asked to remove pornographic videos. Now most of the shots have already been deleted from the Internet, and those that remain are waiting for their turn.
